I try and update my blog about once a week, but posts may appear more or less often than that. So, if you would like to be notified when this new posts are added, the best option is to subscribe to email updates. The form is in the right-hand column of my blog and is very simple. You can unsubscribe at any time and your email will never be sold or used for sales purposes.

If you already use an RSS reader (i.e. Feedly. NewsFire, etc.), you can subscribe to my RSS feed.

I don’t charge for any of my content, so sharing worthy posts with others is the best way you can help this blog. If you’re a subscriber, you can forward emails of posts you receive. Also, I include an email button and social media sharing badges at the bottom of every post (see below).
